3. To get promoted to the second rank, you need to pass a militia academy, wich qualifies as a long training wich explains the basics.
4. Always salute fellow soldiers.
5. Call officers "Ser", and royalty should always be respected and greeted.
6. Basic russian should be spoken. Da=Yes Nyet=No Ser=Sir Privyet=Hello. Always respect officers.
7. Regiments require a tryout to join.
8. Be respectful, and respect others.
9. To be promoted past the militia academy, participate in trainings, and be active.
