Hey there, guys! Today, I was thinking about how Roblox has changed over the years and how all of the new features have become confusing for new players, and I think I have found the solution! If you agree with my ideas, then please sign your name below! Thank you!
The first problem with new players is personalizing the character. Many new players do not know about the free items in the catalog, so I think there should be about 10 decent looking, free shirts in their inventory when they start, along with a few hats, hairs, etc. These do not have to be expensive and amazing items, as long as they work and can make a good outfit.
Next, there should be a tutorial when you first join Roblox, the tutorial should guide you through all of the pages such as groups, trading, friends, messages, catalog, develop, games, and avatar. The avatar tutorial should tell them to create an outfit for themselves. Finally, at the end of the tutorial it can say to purchase robux if you'd like to buy more awesome items, or buy builders club to trade.
That just about wraps it up for this idea. I think this idea would be very helpful to new players, especially after the removal of tickets, NBC players have been complaining about how it is quite difficult to find good items they can afford (if they have any robux at all) and this seems like something that could help the Roblox company profit? How, you ask? The new players will see the items in the catalog they could be purchasing and the cool features and items Builders Club players get, and they see that the staff care about new players and are willing to let them start off on the right foot.
