As of this day forward, Skilled Force declares a state of hostility against E X T I N C T led by IsoIate, Sword_Leader, and GaIIows.
This declaration of hostility is not done out of any anger or hate towards E X T I N C T, but due to the limited number of clans in the sword-fighting community. SF's HiCOM believes that E X T I N C T can give SF a challenging fight.
It would be appreciated if E X T I N C T would not decline this war and accept, as this would help the sword-fighting community greatly. Clans declining wars are the reason why this is the sword-fighting community's state right now.
If this war is accepted, negotiations could be done over discord.
