So I was just in my #### and my parent surprised me with a ROBLOX toy I never expected. I got two codes since my brother gave it to me, barely playing his account. However, when I tried to redeem it, it wouldn't redeem. I've already redeemed one code, but I couldn't redeem the other. If an admin, or what their reply e-mail is, please help. The cashier probably didn't activate the code, or I redeemed one and that's it. |

Did you redeem it at the Toy page?
There is like 3 redeem pages, 1 is cards, other is promos and last is toys

I have the same problem, I recently got an Erik.Cassel figure, the code had six zeros at the end, and when I tried to redeem it the code was not recognised, would have really enjoyed those code glasses...
We need to notify an admin, hopefully they will give us the items we deserve and "paid for" |

Same here, just got a Roblox series one figure and the code would not redeem. It just says "No matching code found". I bought my Roblox toy at a Danish store, so i'm afraid this is actually a global thing.... |

A roblox employee has replied asking for the reciept front and back of the code, images in bmp. or jpg. only, i've done that, now it should be about 72 hours before i get the item. |

Notify an administrator using support@roblox as long as you have proof of purchase they can manually add the item to your account

You will need the reciept, along with photos of the front and back of the code, also dont forget your username. send them via email |

I have had this same problem with a toy code I went to the link on the card the code is on and it says incorrect and i've done it multiple times and I even got my parents to come and type it but it didn't work |

I got a toy code problem once, but I realized I never scratched all the way to get all the numbers/letters.
And the problem was fixed. Had to go to my computer programs and features, uninstalled ROBLOX and reinstalled. it said roblox is getting ready or something like that, so i had to restart it in order to uninstall it.
