[B] Regimental Staff Guidelines

[01] Host as many events as you can according to the quota set by your regiment’s Director.
[02] Stay in touch with your other regimental staff regularly to enable better communication and ensure their continuous success.
[03] Make sure your quota is finished daily and sent a report to your Director each day.
[04] Post all promotion requests using the Promotions Request GUI provided at all official British Army places.
[05] Be sure all your regimental members are following the guidelines to the fullest extent of this law book.
[06] Don’t disrespect other regiments instead of being against them learn to work with them and you will find it will benefit you more than going against them.
[07] Continuously communicate with your Commanding Officer to fix any flaws in the regiment.
[08] Enforce the Chain of Command to anyone below you to ensure all situations are handled accordingly.
[09] Be sure the British Army main communication source is used at all times.
[10] Constantly check that all new members of your regiment are above the rank of Private, and are in a time zone that suits your regiment’s needs.
[11] Fill in the event sheet each time you complete an event. Be sure to NOT fake reports.
[12] Constantly keep your Director updated regarding the progress of your regiment.
[13] Request Headquarters support only when needed. Avoid this as much as possible.
[14] Request the demotions for fired staff members IMMEDIATELY.
[15] Host meetings every weekend to keep all regimental high command on track.
[16] Inspect your regiment's high command's ability to host the events assigned to them.
[17] You can give more than one person a promotion at any event but you can only rank them once a week.
[18] Be a role model to your members. Lead by example.
[19] Make sure all your regimental staff members are completing the event reports.
[20] Generate new and interesting ideas to promote activity and raise morale within the regimental high command.
