Why should we hire you over other players? Do you have good knowledge of Admin commands? Do you have any other administrative Experience? if you see a person confused what do you do? A-Ignore them, let them figure it out. B-Wait till someone else helps them. C-Help them with what they want. If you see someone abusing what do you do?
