Greetings State Of Glenfield,
Today, I've been thinking of some ideas to improve The State Police. Glenfield and all of its departments are slowly getting inactive and we as a State, need to fix it. I thought ''I can do this alone, but I can also let other members give their ideas.''
I think all of you noticed that Glenfield their activity went down very quickly. A few months ago all servers were filled, now even with a Server Start Up we really aren't able to fill them. Especially the activity of Cabinet's and all the Department officals went down. We can do reforms once again, but that will not work out in my opinion.

Also, the knowledge of officers in each Department is extremely bad sometimes. People don't get their Miranda rights read and people use their tools incorrectly. Currently, the Colonel of the Glenfield State Police is making a new training guide for all the departments hoping to improve there skills. We hope it'll be done as fast as possible.
Conclusion, Glenfield isn't how it was before, which is disappointing. We want your ideas. If you have any ideas, post them in the comments.
