You can still change the colors of each, and while it does have just 11 more colors (it should have just went with 128), it's actually more usable and tells you what color you are pointing at. If it was 128, then I might have a powerful cult on the way....

I mean, if we could change the material (based on looks, all characters would be same weight for game balance) of our body parts, we'd have robots and probably living trees. But not neon. Neon too bright for eyes.
