Section I, Introduction:
Hello. I am Bcooliboy, a Superintendent in the group Docklands Police Department and I am writing this speech today to show why I should be your next Assistant Chief. I joined Roblox on October 25, 2015 and since then nearly everything I have done has required technique and skill. I joined the Docklands Police Department in January 2016 after a short career in the Roblox Elite Military. Since then I have been through Transportation, Politics and even Homeland Security but I think Docklands Police Department is justperfect for me.

Obviously, to get such a wanted position, you need to have some experience. I have had many careers which involve related experience so here is my experience:

Section III, Plans:
I have strong ambitions to help the Docklands Police Department move forward into becoming the most active and most famous Police Force in Roblox. Just for this speech, I have narrowed it down a bit so you can see a range of my plans in a short time.
Here they are:
- Releasing surveys so we can see your opinion.
- Reviewing the current Training System to find any flaws that exist.
- Making a code book for any Safe-Chatters so we become a more accepting group.
- Making new activity introductions so they are easier to understand and comply with the R&G.
- Hosting regular meetings with officers and citizens so we can all have a voice in how we change.
- Making sure that the patrol guidelines are enforced much better than they currently are.
Alongside all of this, I intend to do much more to make sure we can progress forward.

Section IV, Commanders:
If you are a Commander, you obviously want someone who will represent you and give you a chance at being a High Rank and this is what I will do.
Whether you are newer to this police force or not, I will take you into mind when suggesting people for High Rank. When hosting trainings, I will be on the look out for Commanders who reguarly attend and who reguarly patrol and abide by the rules.
If you do all of this, you have a higher chance of being chosen than those who are only active when I say I might be suggesting Commanders soon. Along with this, I will be disciplining you harder because I want to make sure that you aren't let of easy for things that you shouldn't be doing as a Commander.

Section V, Your Voice:
As many of you know, I am a keen promoter of giving everyone a voice, and it is something I will be doing if elected into Assistant Chief. I will be making sure that through surveys, meetings and one to one talks, everyone is given a voice that will be heard and will be represented by me throughout their career. Whether I support or do not support the idea, I will make sure that it is heard because I want to make sure everyone has the best career they can and the DPD becomes the best it can.
No matter how many times you have been suspended or pushed down, I will be there listening to your opinions and suggestions because I believe we can move forward from mistakes.

Well, I hope that this speech has been enough to win your vote and that I will be doing all the stuff I have told you very soon. I would like to say good luck to all other candidates and I recommend you read their speeches as well, because they are all brilliant and they all deserve some support.
