【I - Introduction】
Hello P-D, I am officially stating my speech to public and running for AC,
I am making this speech to inform you on what my plans on regulating
P-D and helping P-D will be. This speech will run through various topics
including: My plans, Why I should be AC and more that can be included.

【II - Plans】
This section will be running through my plans that I will try my hardest to include
in the future of P-D. These plans will hopefully lead to a better future of P-D.
These will be a list of plans that I will run through.
Plans:
I - Removing customs, even though customs are nice things to own, they don't show any profession this department.
II - There have been plans for a new rules and guidelines. I would like to help create them and co-operate with my fellow HR's.
III - Targeting to get rid of abuse within the department. I will be trying to help to get rid of abuse, abuse is a major problem within P-D that is breaking our reputation, and I would love to try stop it.
IV - More strict training system, some people have made promotions easy in their trainings (Not including names) Which is where the abuse comes from, I want to help make a new and strict training guide for officers to learn in their trainings properly.
V - Creating a special type of training that shall learn an officer to patrol. No, not a patrol training where they actually patrol. Maybe a patrol practise training. This can raise our officers skills and knowledge on codes, driving, combat tactics etc.
These are a few ideas on what I can do to help P-D and improve its reputation.
I will try to the best of my abilities to make these plans come true and help other HR's.

【III - Why I should be AC】
Well, this is a quite unique topic. I should be AC because I think I've finally began to feel ready.
I have nearly become a month old as serving as HR. I have been in P-D twice, both becoming a Commander, but this time I have grown more successful thanks to your support. I have been in P-D since October and I'm still learning more and more. I have had many experience in many departments. I have been in nearly every law enforcement included in this state. I have become more experienced while serving in these nice departments and I have really enjoyed my time in them, the main department I have enjoyed in is P-D. This is slowly running to the end of why I should be AC, thank you for reading this section. This is why I should be AC.

【IV - Training regulations】
This section is going to run through what I want to change and
improve in the Training regulations and possibly also the
Rules and Guidelines. So my plans are that I will try help
make it a bit more professional also adding a few rules these can include:
- Adding a new rule that you HAVE to uniform all your trainees in the TC & BC.
- Maybe making :fly me banned due to unrealistic reasons.
- You can help your trainees on obby ONLY if they have a real struggle on a stage.
- You have to be as strict as you can in trainings but at the same time not disrespecting trainees.
- Banning customs completely (Already mentioned)
- Every trainee shall come with no hats to trainings and formal uniform (not a custom)
- All HR's (except from the host) have to ask for permission to use admin NO MATTER WHAT THE COMMAND.
- All HR's must inform the trainer that they are going to use a certain command. If they don't they should be strikes.
- Making the TC schedule a bit shorter, a few HR's have been complaining about the TC schedule on activities being
long.

【V - Opinions and changes】
This section is going to run through what my opinions are on P-D.
I will also have changes to counter these opinions and show improvements
in some changes I can make. So these are my opinions:
- Allowing customs to be worn is immature towards the department.
A counter to that would be banning them.
- Too easy training systems.
A counter to that would be to make them better and improve the systems.
- Not strict enough trainings
A counter to that would be the same as the above.
- Officers sometimes not being trained enough.
A counter to that is that BC doesn't teach enough for an officer to understand the basic rules of P-D, maybe to become
an Officer you need to pass a BC and TC.
- Abuse in the city
A counter to that would be training them more efficiently and strict. This is the end of my opinions and counters, and onto the next section!
