These are the general rules and laws of the Kingdom of Artanno. Note; These can be changed with different rulers. SIDENOTE: War regulations will be in a separate post to keep it neat and organized along with easy to read.
General Rules/Laws;

(I) Murder will not be tolerated, if found to have murdered someone else, then you will be subjected to jailing. If repeated, punishments will be more severe.
(II) Mass RK (random killing) will result in a kick. If repeated, a ban will be enforced.
(III) In the event of law changes, there will be a one day buffer to prevent people who haven’t checked up on law changes to be free of the worry. If laws are changed, then it will be notified in the group shouts.
(IV) No person is free from punishment. Whether it be the emperor/empress, guards, or moderators, all are subjected to punishment.
(V) All titles must be correct in your name while in game. If found to be faking a title, a warning will be ensued, followed by escalated punishment if the offense is repeated.
(VI) The leaders of houses will be referred to as “Lord ____” for males and “Lady _____” for females. The emperor or empresses (or whatever title they prefer such as king/queen) will be referred to as “my liege” or “my highness.”
(VII) Only Regional Rulers, a designated House guard, and on-duty mediators are allowed to go past the steps near the thrones. Only RRs can sit in their respective regional seats.
(VIII) Only regional ruling Houses may rebel. Along with this only one House may lead a rebellion. Houses can follow them but are subjective to punishment or reward depending on if their side is the victor. HOWEVER, any Houses that are not the leading House of the rebellion can not have their lord or lady executed.
(IX) To increase the realism of the roleplay, please only refer to events, lore, and people of Artanno.
(X) Any and all oaths made must be honoured. Disobeying or dishonouring an oath may be subjected to punishment as the oath giver thinks is correct to justify the dishonouring of the oath.
(XI) Moderators and Administrators are allowed in any area. However, administrators and moderators can not be blinded by allegiance to a House to keep equal justice and fairness within the genre.
The Royal Council:

The Royal Council is a handpicked council of loyal member to the royal family and the emperor of Artanno. These are the avaliable ranks for council members. If you are the emperor, create a forum post stating your council using the following:

(II) Advisor of War
(III) Advisor of Culture
(IV) Advisor of Case
(V) Advisor of Laws
(VI) Advisor of Events
(VII) Chief of the Royal Guards
The Royal Guards:

The Royal Guards are the protectors of the emperor and the royal family along with protecting the palace and town along with its civilians. If found that a royal guard is abusing their power, then they will be justly punished for their crimes.
