This is the Interview Guide for MYO. Please follow this accordingly.
→ Host: General Manager+ can only host.
→ Interviewers: Interview Assistant+ may interview.
★ Naming Procedure:
→ Please don't name yourself with phrases not needed in the Interview, It's unnecessary to do so.
→ If you're a host, name yourself "Host".
→ If you're an Interviewer, name yourself "Interviewer" then your office number after it so there is no confusion.
★ Shout Procedure:
Host, please shout before the Interview starts. For example,
→ INTERVIEWS | Hosted by: (name) | Starting at (Time GMT and EST) | Come down to the interview center for a possible job here in MYO!
→ INTERVIEWS | Now slocked! Sorry if you couldn't make it. Head on down to the cafe to cheer yourself up!
→ INTERVIEWS | Concluded! Congrats to those who have passed. Why don't you go down to the cafe and enjoy a nice bowl of frozen yogurt?
★ Instructions:
1: Kindly tell customers to have a seat and wait patiently. If they refuse, kick them after a few warnings.
2: Safechat test: Host, please ask customers to say C7rn. If It's tagged, kick them from the server.
3: Now you may say your introduction. For example: Hello everyone! Welcome to our
Interview session. I'm your Host, (Username), and we are now going to begin.
4: Tell the customers kindly to not speak during the introductions and rules.
★ Rules the Host MUST Address:
1: Please respect our Host, interviewers, and the people around you.
2: Don't get angry at everyone if you fail your interview. You can always try again next time!
3: Use grammar at ALL times or you will receive warnings if you don't. You will also not pass your interview if we have to address you several times.
4: Our interviewers will choose you randomly. Please wait patiently if you don't get picked yet.
★ What to do after:
→ After interviews are over, round the customers up who have passed to the fireplace and have them seated. The Host will rank them.
→ If you off topic chat, you will receive a warning.
★ Interview Questions:
Q1: How did you find MYO?
Q2: Why do you want to work here, what motivated you?
Q3: How long have you been here at MYO? If not long, be honest please.
Q4: What is the job/role of a trainee?
Q5: How do you define quality service?
Q6: Why should we hire you over others? Be specific.

Q) Why do you want to work here, what motivated you?
A} I want to work here so that I could train to be a good worker. I was motivated to do this because I wanted to see what this would be like, and how this experience would turn out.
Q) How long have you been here at MYO?
A} I haven't been here very long, this is actually my first time on here!
Q) What is the job/role of a trainee?
A} The role of a trainee is to listen to your mentor and pay attention to what they say. A trainee's role should also consist of being respectful to others and trying their best.
Q) How do you define quality service?
A} Quality service means to help the customer/client in any way you can and make sure to give them at least a little respect and kindness. This also means to listen to them while he/she is taking his/her order patiently.
Q) Why should we hire you over others?
A} In my opinion you should hire me over others (unless you think that their reason triumphs mine) because I am respectful of others and I try to be the best I could be. I have played a game similar to this before and I have received many compliments from my manager/fellow workers, as well as doing an efficient job throughout the day. I don't often take breaks (unless my boss/manager tells me to) so I will work as long as needed. Also I hope to be a great addition to the team, if I get hired that is.

I saw an advert of the game. it seems like a lovely friendly place and yogurt is soo good. i've seen it before but only taken interest recently. watch your mentor and listen to them, try to take notes of what they do and how they act also try to be respectful. a nice greeting of the place asking for an order then making it and giving a kind goodbye. i've worked for places like this before so i've had experience and i'm good with all people and i can understand hashtags most of the time. efficiently hello,do you need a higher rank? |
