How do I make a "King of the Hill" game?

I have made a part, when a player of a team(say, really red team) comes to step on it a Billboard GUI will appear saying: Red team has the Bridge!(I'm making a King of the Bridge game.) and vice versa. (If a blue member steps on it while red still has the Bridge, they will need to wait before it is their's, and vice versa...)

look in the places templates there used to be a domination template you could essentially take out all the other domation points and just leave the ### ## ### ###### of a hill/bridge etc
