Good morning and happy summer to some clanners, at this time I am going to be announcing that I can't be director anymore for WCoR and I am looking for someone to take hold, I have already stated to the staff that I have of current.
I had tried to retire early this year with me still having a strong face in the group because I knew my friend elijah needed to stay in, and as of late the attack on us made me less motivated than ever. Otherwise afterwards I had continued to try and complete projects I had wanted done for months I am very patient when it comes to devs and I try to pay them well but it seems like every dev I secure never has the follow through.
While I could personally full and well complete every function of the group on my own and without much issue (the administration side) the enticing part of the group is getting community involvement based projects done, something like last fall alliance war, but this summer would have been fantastic. Or even just getting a simple auditorium done for the group to host monthly community meetings and game nights.
So to simplify this rant now, I am looking for a temporary director who for an unstated amount of time will lead the group with me holding it till I feel secure passing it down. Once they have secured the thought they can no longer go further they hand it back or agree on the person who next receives it which will have to agree to the same thing.
I can explain what I did, why i did it and how to handle things. Who to talk too and plenty of other things, but I am only willing to try it out if someone is competent on doing this. l will give it a week before I shut down all functionality of the group instead.

Not to mention you have to be very unselfish for this job, the amount of people you have to keep a straight face for is important.
And being that I don't and haven't in the past year of me running the group owned a standing clan, be very unbiased around other groups, especially with a community that is so touchy on clans like vak. |

barely anyone actually liked the idea of gannex holding the group when it first started, so I don't know how that would work with vaktus in it. Especially since objectively a clan leader would be a person you for sure don't want running this since it will just become a puppet state to either enforce absurd rules or into a coalition instead of a community fueled group |

Plus, Vaktus would do things his own way. The community would become more strict and less fun. Plus, yeah, he would try to form a coalition or something, ruining WCoR |
