this is probably all my computer, but i cant play. it constantly says 'getting the latest roblox...'. it's so annoying. i've looked it up and it says to uninstall the game. so i tried to and followed instructions. went into a certain place in computer and clicked install. guess what happens when i press install? GETTING. THE. LATEST. ####### im done with this game. if they can't fix this one stupid glitch im forever quitting this game. not like i wouldn't like to, as there are plenty other games i could play.

ALRIGHT I have an update to me situation. CLEARLY i was mad when i wrote this lol. So I reset the Internet Explorer options and it stopped the getting the latest ROBLOX! The only issue now is that it either: 1. Goes to Updating ROBLOX, gets full, and then won't update. 2. Goes into infinite 'Configuring ROBLOX'. I'll further reply if I fix anything.

Having the exact same issue and its so annoying. No one has any fixes and no one from ROBLOX has helped.

Actually found a fix, Disable your firewall protection on your computer. It's most likely blocking roblox's connection to your internet.

Im having the same problem and i uninstalled roblox all together and now its still doing it when i try to reinstall

disable your anti-virus, anti-viruses such as avg or avast or any others tend to block roblox because it's an unknown source (that's what it says in mine for some reason). whitelisting it on your anti-virus can also help prevent this and disabling it, reinstalling roblox and running a game can too. but make sure you enable it again or it won't prevent malicious sites/viruses from being spread onto your laptop/pc. lydia ♥

Nxtella's fix worked for me, follow those steps step by step and you should be good.
