Be it enacted by the Senate of the United States of America in Congress assembled that;
Section 1 - Short Title:
(a) This act may be cited as: Expulsion of Senator NorthFuze
Section 2 - Reasoning:
(a) Since Senator NorthFuze’s admittance into the Senate in April, he has failed to represent the American people as he promised and has not used his seat productively. He has failed to attend any sessions or vote on any legislation that has been presented. He is only contributing to the counter-productiveness that currently plagues the Senate. Senator NorthFuze’s seat can be better put to use with a more active and progressive appointee.
Section 3 - Enactment:
(a) Upon the passage of this resolution, Senator NorthFuze shall be expelled from the Senate.
(b) This resolution shall require a 2/3 majority to be enacted.
