To make scripting easier for kids just let them use the the drag and drop boxes with code and they just put it in the right place. This is a kids site so make it easy enough for them. |

Having the ability to switch between the drag n drop system and normal scripting would let you see what it looks like in actual code, and it could help you learn how to code.
Also I can only do basic scripting, this could help me too.

Lua is an incredibly easy language. If you want to first do some block coding go do some scratch for a bit; it'll be easier to move on to real programming after.
It's just the same as typing out the commands.
