Here I am waiting for a Medieval or Fantasy Skin. Probably will never happen though, since this game is based around C&C. HatHelper, this request may seem farfetched, but can you make a Medieval RTS. It appears that you're the dominating RTS creator in ROBLOX, and really, only you can make one. I suggest you make the following, if you agree ( of course ). I'm just giving ideas, please give feedback.
The Time Limit is 1 hour 20 minutes ( can change ), and the currency used is Shillings. The specialty, is that you have to pay every week. One Week = Every 5 Minutes. You earn Shillings by Taxes set on a town you build, with a certain population. If you do not like this idea, I suggest a normal farm, that will give food instead of Shillings, and has to be built in farmable land.
-Armed Peasant: 5 Shillings a Week - Deals Small Damage but is cheap
-Infantry: 8 Shillings a Week - Deals a little more than Armed Peasants
-Archer: 10 Shillings a Week - Is Ranged, bad at close Combat
-Crossbowman: 15 Shillings a Week - Is ranged, deals more damage than archer
-Light Cavalry: 15 Shillings a Week - Fast, Deals the same damage as Infantry
-Heavy Cavalry: 17 Shillings a Week - Fast, Deals more damage than Light Cav
-Knight: 20 Shillings a Week - Moderate Speed, Deals a lot of Damage
You can also disband them, so you no longer have to pay for them. During peace time, this is a good option.
SPECIAL UNITS:
-Settlers: 10 Shillings ( Pay Once, you're done with it )
-Guard: Free, you start off with 3. You can't buy them, used for protecting.
-Field Marshall: 50 Shillings a week - Does the most damage in the game
-Longboat: 20 Shillings ( Pay Once )
-Caravel ( Ship ): 25 Shillings ( Pay Once )
(You Start off with some Cavalry Too, to explore the world using the minimap)
Do you think this is a good idea? For more information, I say this is how it works. If you're doing the farm way, I think it will be more similar to Conquerors, but you have to pay more. I like the Shillings Idea, personally. So, I think we build a village, which gives a population of 50 to start with, and you get 50 shilling a month. The Population will gradually increase, thus, giving you more money to recruit more men. I'd like to show how the game will work now.
Your settlers will be able to build a Village when you start off, location becomes important, if your village is land-based, you will get less opportunity than a person who builds a village in the sea, since they can research ships. The village will grow and then you can upgrade it, so you can research barracks and horse training or buy more settlers. To have a minimap, you'll also have to research cartography, and you'll have to explore the world. This is the main idea, can I have feedback? |
