First of all, menu chats are just stupid. There are so many people on roblox that roleplay, make trades on games (such as MM2), and simply communicate with other players. Also, how would admin commands work? What would happen to games that rely on the chat system (such as Life Alpha, Kohl's Admin House)?
Secondly, the idea of a "kid-friendly community" has became null and void. For example, I see kids in the third grade saying swear words like its no big deal, and if not they say some "code" for the word. And kids will always be exposed to inappropriate content outside of roblox because of older people who can't control what they say and how they act in the presence of kids.
Lastly, the censoring in the chat is improving. I can't really give examples, but I've noticed it is. I'm pretty sure that since roblox strives to be "kid-friendly", they are improving the main source of communication in the game.
Basically, my "suggestion" is to keep the current chat system and improve upon it.
