As a member climbs the ranks of the Confederacy, each and every promotion becomes more and more difficult to obtain. Here is the basic promotional structure that is currently in use:
• E1-E2:
- Earned promotion after reaching one recommendation from either attending a group event or purchasing the group uniform.
• E2-E3:
- Earned promotion after reaching two recommendations from demonstrating discipline and basic combat skill during a group event.
• E3-E4:
- Earned promotion after reaching five recommendations from demonstrating discipline and adequate combat skill during group events.
• E4-E5:
- Earned promotion after reaching eight recommendations from demonstrating discipline, moderate combat skill, and a basic sense of leadership during group events. Full comprehension of grammar and syntax is a necessity at this point.
• E5-E6:
- Earned promotion after reaching eleven recommendations from demonstrating discipline, moderate combat skill, and a moderate sense of leadership during group events.
• E6-E7:
- Earned promotion after reaching fifteen recommendations from demonstrating discipline, moderate combat skill, and a basic sense of leadership during group events.
• E7-N1:
- Earned promotion are filling out and passing the Ensign Application.
* From this point forward, members who are to be promoted are handpicked by H1s+. Leadership, dedication, and how much one contributes to the group are the most prominent reasons for these promotions.
** O2s must have graduated from the Battle Droid Foundries before advancing to the rank of O3. There are no exceptions to this rule.
