First you will rally them in the grinder (e1 only) ,and teach them faces (still in civillians clothing) than you will take them to the uniform building and have them put on Woodland MCCU's, bring them to the classroom and teach them about Ranks, General Orders, and Insignia, than you will bring them back to the uniform building and make them put on PT's with the Belt, ONLY DRILL INSTRUCTORS WEAR THE SASH, you will bring them to the PT course and have them complete it as a team, if anyone is left behind the whole squad does 100 JJ's, after that bring them back to the uniform building and make them put on alphas then take them to the parade deck and inspect them aka quiz them on what they learned, five questions each ,scores: ######## ######## then you will say who passed in the group wall then I will promote them -signed general of the marine corps siegfriedstrasse |
