It's this Youtuber named Quack (can't say his name) HQ, a dude who did a forum raid using his edgy fan base a while back and caused a age limit for being able to post on the forums. (Reason for this f i r st raid was because apparently the duck got his acc deleted) He called his edgy fan base and did another raid last night, except people under t h i r teen couldn't post on the forums. As for why the duck does it, I heard it's because he's bored. 【⏒!⏒】 AYY KID, THAT MAKES ME SALTY & SAVAGE 【⏒!⏒】
