Usually, after completing the three tier system, members of Austria work their way up to the rank of "✥Oberfähnrich" and join the Officer's Academy to train in order to become a "★Leutnant" (the first officer rank).
However, If a member wants to become an officer, just after the three tier system, they can do so by purchasing the "Officer Candidacy Pass" which can be located in the group store.

Once this has been done, the buyer should immediately contact a "★Leutnant" or higher requesting to be promoted to "✥Oberfähnrich" and accepted into the Officer's Academy. |
