FlyKutos - Position Descriptions
This document will explain what each position here at FlyKutos does and how these positions contribute to our airline.
Trainee - Individuals who have passed the interview who are now in need of training for the rank that they desire. Trainees are staff members that have not been trained and are not ready to be engaged within FlyKuto’s work force. Before they can become their desired job, they must engage and pass through the training course and be tested.
Flight Attendant - A Flight Attendants duty is to benefit a customer’s need on the aircraft. A Flight Attendant serves the customer with their needs with food and beverages, assists them, answers passenger questions, welcome passengers on board, and makes sure every passenger is satisfied on board. They also need to clarify and make sure of everyone’s safety.
Airport Station Attendant - Airport Station Attendants are primarily meant to do the jobs of ground crew. They are to set up the plane with the jetway or stairs, weld the aircraft, pushback the plane, and board passengers. They may also assist passengers in the airport to find the gate and answer questions for passengers, but their role is to mainly stay on the airfield.
Flight Student - A Flight Student is someone in training to become a pilot. In this role, they are basically a trainee but for the Captain position specifically. They are constantly tested in flying the plane and are taught the different glitches that a plane has and what to be aware of. They have tons of training to go through but is for the best of the airline.
First Officer - First Officers assist the Captain while the Captain fly’s the plane. The First Officer make announcements for the Captain as well. The First Officer takes of other important things for the aircrafts function.
Captain - Captain’s are in charge for managing the plane and flying it. This is a huge role for the airline, but is also a very fun role. They have to make sure they know all the tricks and ways to fly a plane properly, and have to make sure everything goes smooth from what they learned. They must be extremely cautious of what they’re doing.
Interns - This is a role staff can have when they have gone through tons of experience in the airline. This is a role where staff are excelling their abilities and learning to become an HR. The staff must have experience in at least another job role as a lower rank and must know how the systems work.

Administrative Support - This is a role where the HR’s in this rank do the roles of interior airport work and management of passengers and assistance. This includes check-in, customer service, assisting passengers and helping their concerns and needs. Administrative Support are not allowed to host flights yet but may assist in flights. They can also assist in trainings and have permission to demote or promote people but with the permission of a higher rank.
Human Resources Manager - Human Resources Managers are responsible for recruiting, and interviewing possible candidates for open positions within FlyKutos. They also are responsible for reviewing job applications sent in by the public. They are the people that are in charge of hiring new staff. They may also assist training staff in trainings. They can also Host Flights and assist lower ranked members.
Flight Dispatchers - A Flight Dispatcher primarily is meant to Host Flights or prepare flights, take care of the schedule that lists all the flights or events happening in the training, interview staff, and has almost all power.
Executives - They can help Flight Dispatchers in flights they host, teach them new things and skills that will help them improve, notify higher ranks about issues, etc. They can also manage trello and take care of huge things that keep the airline running.
Chief Financial Officer - This rank helps with advertising the airline. They help manage the airlines money so we can use the money to grow the airline even more. They also have all the permissions that a lower rank has.
Chief Development Officer - This rank is a rank specifically for a group of developers who are willing to help the airline technologically, by building more aircrafts and developing things such as group photos.
Chief Staff Officer - The Chief Staff Officer helps design a winning strategy for the airline, oversees the High Ranks as they carry out the plan, measures the results of the strategy, and reports them to the Vice Chairman and Chairman. They direct the operations of the company in support of its goal. They are the lead of training, can fire or hire any people they want but must also follow the rules given. They lead and have huge amounts of power for managing staff members and HR’s.
Executive Vice Chairman - The Executive Vice Chairman is responsible for assisting the Chairman with his/her every day workload. The Executive Vice Chairman oversees the group and High Rank team. The Executive Vice Chairman works closely with the Chairman and evaluates FlyKutos to ensure its operations are a success.
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer - The President and Chief Executive Officer of FlyKutos is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. The Chairman sets goals, policies, and procedures that are to be met by the staff. The Chairman is the person making the big decisions, as he/she is in charge of FlyKuto’s overall success. This leading role also helps all lower rank members in assistance. |
