Before I contact support, can more people take a look and confirm they're seeing the pending approval screen when looking at the model? I need to make sure this isn't just an issue on my end.

Hmm.. I can't see the thumbnail. Try to contact ROBLOX sending a e-mail to: [email protected] or uninstall and install again your ROBLOX Studio and try take the picture again.
