My acount is completely broken on all devices

So if you have had this problem then please tell me how to fix it. When I join a game my avatar does not spawn, I can not talk, I don't get any tools, and I just spectate from the air. Help me.

Usually its internet connection problems, if it isn't then somethings wrong with the Roblox's servers.
