Called ReadMyProfile these spam bots need to be ignored! there is no other way! I have had 3 whole pages of these annoying bots and clicking on "Ignore all" will get rid of them all, but check them first, they could be other people requesting. If no real people, then just click "Ignore all". The bots need to be destroyed! |

These bot's are unable to be destroyed due to the fact that more of them are being created every second. It is a nuisance isn't it? If ROBLOX Block the name 'ReadMyProfile' Or 'ReadMyDesc' etc, the author of these bots will change the program. It is worthless to track their IP since they are not playing any games. They are still eligible to make an account even being IP Banned.

those bots were made by the creator of the hack if you read his profile like
visit roblox . com / free for free robux remove the spaces and you will get robux!
so just ignore it and if you listen you might get hack people havent fall for this |

My friend fish409 had 5 whole pages of friend requests from RedMyDesc and ReadMyProfile bots. This is a serious issue because I had almost 2 pages myself. I like the Ignore All button, but what if someone else that is real is sending me a friend request? ROBLOX really needs to fix this. |

Its annoying. You can change your settings to who can send you friend requests I think. I mostly ignore them though. |

I have the same issue, I used to have 30 request and all of them were bots so hopefully Roblox can find a solution to this.

they aren't new and don't worry, as long as you don't click the links they send you and don't accept the friend requests you're safe!

the bots have ruined my "following" part. i went from 106 to 344 because of the bots. i sincerely hope admins will find a way to fix this disaster soon.
intervening in real life and tracking down the creator would be outlawed, and it is impossible to ban them. my idea would be to add a bot captcha when creating an account, or to forbid the names the bots use over and over. |

These readmyprofile things need to be stopped. I get friend requests by them every min. And there's a whole page of them following me. |

I literally cant stand these!I 6 pages of friend requests from these bots.After reading this forum,it all makes sense.Someone or something is creating all these bots.Pretty soon,there will be way more bots than actual people.If you encounter these,they will have a link to a website that will "generate free robux."Any website or app (for mobile) will either be a vivrus or a waste of time
If you see these bots,ignore them.They are trouble.Luckily,I have UBlockOrigin istalled,so I will be protected.But,that is not the case for everyone.

I guess I got lucky... I only have a few of them following me. I think the bots are like a Trojan Horse virus in that they probably go to a random person and follow and friend request them, then their friends and followers, then theirs, etc. I only have less than a dozen friends and about a dozen plus a dozen followers besides the bots, so I don't get them "that much", in which case I mean only like once a day... (it sounds odd because of numbers looking like ### in ROBLOX) |

There is a way to prevent the bots from messing up your follower count, but it takes a while: Manually block every bot. Every time you do it, though you can only block the number of #s below:

Lots of friend requests have been sent to me. Almost ALL of them are the "Dont Click Me", "Read My Profile", etc. I don't believe all of these companion requests could be made by a human being. It seems that their usernames are randomized with some sort of generator. I've gone from just a hun dread (sorry for the wrong spelling, I'm not able to spell out or type numbers) followers to TH REE HUN DREAD Obviously, these fake followers and friend requests are hackers, trying to cause corruption in ROBLOX. I've clicked on o ne of their profiles before, and in their description, it says "Hello,
Go To: roblox.com.se/redeem As appreciation for playing you have been qualified to receive a ROBLOX game card code for Thousands of ROBUX Instantly for free.
Redeem your game card instantly, simply go to roblox.com.se/redeem
No information or download is required". Some people DO think these bots have been made by ROBLOX, but ROBLOX sells their ROBUX. There would be no point in the ROBUX page if ROBLOX already created these bots (they did not create the bots) to give others FREE ROBUX. This is an issue ROBLOX needs to fix. Although there is already an "I'm not a robot" check box, any robot could be smart enough to check the box themselves. I recommend going into your settings (on the ROBLOX website) and managing who can and cannot send you friend requests. It's really helpful. However, I don't think there is anything in settings that can manage who can or cannot follow you. I also think o ne of the "Dont Click Me" bots COULD write a response like this. As I am typing, there IS an "I'm not a robot" checkbox below my message. As stated before, o ne of the bots COULD write a response like this defending themselves (I don't think the robots would write a thoughtful response, just some type of spam). Thank you for taking the time to read this, and make sure to try the settings tip I recommended. ROBLOX, please fix this issue as soon as you can.

If you do go to the website, you will go to o ne of those classic robux/OBC generators. These might work but I never use them since they have you take a completely random serve ey to "verify you are not a robot"! Well that is just wrong , since bots are spreading the knowledge of this website, so shouldn't it be OK for bots to get robux there, or at least take the reCAPTCHA instead? If o ne of them are friend requesting you and following you, you can get your original follower count back. I had tree of them following me and I simply just blocked them. However, they are still very annoying.
ROBLOX, if you are reading this, try to stop these bots as soon as possible.
