Some guests I have found to be hacking and rude, and I think we should have a chance to report or some how notify you amazing people at Roblox who put out this great game that a guest is doing something they shouldn't be. Thanks much, concerned player

Guests are randomized numbers, so it would be impossible to track the person who hacked.

Why would that be needed? Guest accounts can be assigned to one user, and then 20 seconds later assigned to a totally random other user. Moderation action against guests is silly.
