♛Our Mission♛
Our mission here at Alpha Clothing is to provide amazing clothes at an awesome price, so those without much robux can enjoy wonderful clothes. We are striving to make others happy, by providing the clothing at such a low price. During their shopping, we will assist them if needed, and do anything to make their shopping experience excellent.
♛Ranks♛
In Alpha Clothing, we run on four simple ranks, so that our store is the simplest as it can be for our customers to comprehend. We don't want to confuse customers by having twenty ranks. Below you will find a description of each rank.
-Client: This is the rank new members of the group are when they join. This rank will make you a recognized client and show that you support Alpha Clothing.
-Sales Clerk: This rank is only accomplishable through the application process, and it is a low ranked worker who answers questions and guides customers at the store.
-Associate: This rank is only to be gained by direct promotion from the owner, and it is a high ranked role, which is dedicated to run the store alongside the owner. This rank also reads applications.
-Owner: This rank is only held by the group owner, and controls and oversees everything that happens at Alpha Clothing, along with making decisions about selling. The owner reads applications as well.
♛Application Process♛
If you would like to become a sales clerk to help out with Alpha Clothing, this section is for you. There are a couple ways you can apply for a role as sales clerk here at Alpha Clothing. Please review them as they are listed below, and please note that you should try the first one on the list first, and if that doesn't work, move onto the next item.
-Send a message to an Associate or above, by going to their profile and clicking "Message." For some of them, you may have to follow the user for this to work.
-Respond directly to this forum with your application.
-Meet an Associate or higher in the store game and present your application in game.
In your application, you should state why you would like to work for Alpha Clothing, any past experience, and your personal strengths. We will review your application within seven days, and if you are not replied to or ranked in seven days, your application was declined. If your application is declined, please feel free to send another. We will read all applications within the time frame.
♛Reporting♛
If you have anything to report, such as anyone breaking the rules, please message an Associate or above, report the user on ROBLOX, or post a reply on the group wall. We do not accept our customers breaking the rules listed below, so if you see this, and an admin isn't on the game, please report the user.
♛Designers♛
Want to become a designer for Alpha Clothing? Please refer to the application section on how to send your application, but for designer, you must provide a link that displays five pieces of your work. If you are caught stealing work or not sending any work, your application will be denied. If you have any suggestions, please message an Associate or above.
♛Rules♛
These rules apply to all staff and customers who are visiting the Alpha Clothing group or game. We will not tolerate if you break these rules frequently. Anyone who breaks these rules will get three warnings, then proceed to be kicked or banned.
-No trolling.
-No spamming.
-No excessive rudeness towards others.
-No dating or innapropriate behavior.
-No exploiting or glitching.
