For trainings, NEVER ask to be promoted. We use a system where if you fail a task, you will be kicked from the server. We decided to use that system because in many other police groups everyone competes until the end and then some random people are selected. Our system is based on skill and perseverance. If you get kicked one training don't assume that you will never be promoted, try again and get better at it. You are required to wear your uniform during trainings. Only HR+'s can co-host a training unless the host is higher than the rank Chief Superintendent. In that case, the Chief Superintendent can pick one Commander to co-host if they choose.
