= You have to either wait for a session or take a app at the application centre.
2) How do you rank up at Swift?
= You need:
- 150 to be a Junior Sales Associate
- 200 to be a Sales Associate
- 350 to be a Senior Sales Associate
(Let a HR know that you have these many points and you will be ranked up!)
3) How do you get to be a MR?
= You must be noticed by a Chief Operations Officer, who will then give you app to see if you can be a MR?
