New Safe Chat idea

I have an idea. Instead of having hashtags to block out explicit words or phrases, I think that if a person says a bad/inappropriate world or phrase, they will get kicked from the game they were playing (time of kick increases every occurrence). If they somehow manage to bypass the filter and an admin/person of power is in the server, the admin will ban the player to their will.

Forgot to mention, the kicking system in games is a bot.
