Interviews will be hosted at least twice a week by a HR. Interviewers should attend interviews when they can.
Interviewers can not host interviews but must attend them to interview potential workers.
You will be asked five questions. You will be judged on grammar, answer depth and content of answers. Remember while in the interview use grammar at all times as this will be checked.
Current Interview questions-
1. Why do you wish to work at Cream Shake®?
2. How would you deal with a exploiter who is refusing to stop and being rude to staff?
3. How active are you on a scale of 1-10
4. Name some of your unique qualities that will help benefit Cream Shake®
5. Why will these make you a better worker to the other applicants?
