add back the 'last online' feature

I have no idea why ROBLOX deleted this, but it was a really cool thing, you could see the exact date and time a person was last online, please add this back

I agree with this. I think it was removed because parents or a majority of people got concerned on who was last seen online to be a risk. I may be wrong though on that.
