add a "Chronological Order" option for the catalog

once every hat started updating into it's own category for R15 the order got switched around so i think this could be a good option to have so it's easier to find certain hats that were released for holidays or classic era hats

i like the idea but unless roblox has every item's release date indexed already, this isn't really feasible. what if we were all made with an Instance.new("")
