This guide is intended for the interviewers mainly. This is open to the public to be read over and prepare to answer the questions. First, introduce yourself to the interviewee, by saying, "Hello my name is [Insert]. I am glad you have decided to work for us." Question One: How did you discover or come about the group Churrasco? Question Two: Do you have any previous experience as a RO-restaurant employee? Question Three: What was the rank you held in the group/groups you formerly or currently work in? Question Four: How active are you on a scale from 1-10? Question Five: How good is your grammar,1-10? Now explain to the interviewee that the next section will include how to deal with situations and that they must answer with three full sentences. Question Six: A man is asking for an insane amount of food (meaning almost everything on the menu) how would you deal with this problem? Question Seven: You see an unruly costumer harassing other costumers and employees. What would you do? Question Eight: There is an HR, messing with an employee/costumer. He/She says it is a punishment, but the commands consist of troll commands such as dog, creeper, bleach, and etcetera. What would you do? Question Nine: You see a fellow employee not doing their job, by just walking around, making their own food combinations, and just slacking off. What would you do? Question Ten: An employee is doing an exceptional job and is leading the team and making business run smoothly. What would you do?
