At FlySpanien, our primary goal is to safely serve our passengers while giving a great flight experience. Here are some of our rules and expectations for our employees.
1. Be on time.
Nothing is worse than being ready to board a flight, but not able to due to lack of the flight crew. Failure to follow this rule will result in a warning, temporary removal of rank, or permanent removal of rank.
2. Be polite.
Sassy flight attendants? Rude pilot? This experience is not fun. As a worker of Hyperion, you should be fun, friendly, and enjoying your job. Please come to work with a smile on your face and be ready to serve. If you are having a bad day or are sick, let us know and we can find a solution.
3. Use grammar.
can u use gramer pls! The use of grammar is very important, as it makes us look more professional. Customers will also find the use of grammar is easier to understand in regular flight or in case of an emergency. So try it!
