Hello everyone, I am an affiliate marketing specialist and former ROBLOX player wanting to have an another try at developing a successful game. This time, I have a budget of 400k R$, 150kR$ will be paid out to scripters and the rest will be used for advertisements. I am not your average 12 year old kid wanting to "make a game" on ROBLOX, who will not pay anyone and expect things done for free, I am a matu######ctual person who give precise instructions.
What I have in my mind: I have been brainstorming for ideas, and I have a concept for a front page game, I plan on making an accurate recreation of team fortress 2 on ROBLOX, I believe it can done using new implemented ROBLOX mechanics, if it could be done with CS:GO, it can be done with TF2.
What I expect: I keep my expectations relatively high, I expect the game will hit front page and, in its whole peak existence, get at least 50 million visits, that will generate at least 5 million robux.
You might tell me that I won't achieve anything, and post negative replies and what not, but it doesn't matter, I have an ambition and I will do my best to fulfill it, if you never try, you will always fail.
Requirements before contacting me:
Good level knowledge in scripting, animating or designing GUI's.
Maturity and seriousness, although I am a laid back person myself, I always expect to work with matu###### serious people.
Good knowledge about Team Fortress 2, you have to have a good understanding of the mechanics, characters etc.

What I have done and what I need done:
Done:
Models of guns, characters and misc items.
Starter map.
Professional ads that will generate a lot of clicks.
What I need done:
The guns and misc items fully scripted along with realistic animations and sounds.
(Payment: 15k R$ or 5% of revenue.)
Sounds imported to ROBLOX from YouTube videos I will provide. (Very simple, needs basic knowledge whatsoever, I haven't done it just because of the lack of time I have.)
(Payment: 5k R$)
The main game mechanics implemented, that is, the main script that runs the whole game, triggers sounds and makes everything work, more detail into that later, and many other mechanics that need to be scripted, which I will tell more about in Discord.
(Payment: 30k R$ or 10% of revenue.)
Realistic GUI's that are similar representations of the actual games HUD, which needs to be scripted, animated.
(Payment: 15kR$ or 5% of revenue.)
There will be many other requirements, but this is to shape just the initial part of the game, trading will need to be implemented alongside other maps and new mechanics.
The game will generate revenue trough its in game buy able hats, weapons etc.
At first, the game will be made paid access, 25R$, which will help me see the demand for it and help me see the reviews from real players.

I have a dream of creating a front page game.
Which is why I started learning scripting myself, its going to take a while but I'll get there. While I cant help you with any of the scripts, I just wanna say good luck and I hope to see this game on the front page, don't give up big smoke :( |

if this is how much you are making with 50m visits
then you don't have enough gamepasses or dev products.

I will admit that I have used not so ethical methods to get on the front page, which has resulted me in getting banned, and I prefer that communication is trough discord, not filtered trough the ROBLOX moderating system, anyways, I got quite a few people that I am going to test and yes, I can pay upfront trough pp or R$ |
