To start things off here, I'm not talking about something like Tix. This is different. I am not a developer or game creator in the slightest, but I would like to see a another type of currency for game developers. I see in the Game Design forum, a lot of stuff where if you help them make a game, they give Robux in return. The problem with that, (what I think/see) is that it seems the Robux can't be exchanged for actual money in exchange for their work. Sure, Robux is cool, but what if a developer would like actual money? My idea with Coins, if you are the person paying, you buy the coins with your money, and give the coins to the person getting paid. The coins, then could be exchanged for either Robux or the money the coins are worth. I didn't do much research before writing this, so there might already be something like this out there, but whatever. |

Great. I know, I, like, make posts like, way to long. But I really don't care as I expect there to be patience in the world and for some reason nobody these days has patience. Its sad. Even on Roblox people aren't patient even after they play hours of boring tycoon games. Also, quick rant on "tldr" why would somebody post that, when they have totally better things to do? I know it's very short, but you just wasted a couple of short moments in your life. Don't you people out there realize that life is actually pretty short? Things go by fast, so does your life. But apparently these super long messages don't go by fast and... wait, what did I say in the opening couple of sentences in this paragraph?...

Robux CAN be exchanged for actual money, either through dev ex or sleezy under-the table trading.
And some developers (like loleris) use bitkoin (it was filtered) to pay his devs anyways so it's not even an issue |
|

I'm asking for an official way, and I'm saying I would like to see a way for devs to pay their team without stuff like bit coin. And no, Dev Ex isn't what I'm thinking about here. |

man i had to read thoroughly what you meant
it was hard but the context behind it was to reward each individual who worked on one specific game, people already pay if it's something huge, this isnt of any use

Devex is EXACTLY what you're thinking about here.
It's official.
All members of a developer's staff can use it implying that they comply with the TOS.
Devs can be paid in robux via group percentage. |

Start with #code to use Lua syntax |

Ok, sorry, I didn't know that. I'm not a developer myself at all, I'm clueless in these types of things. I thought Dev Ex only went to on e person. |

it goes to one person though
the main dev shares the profit (robux) to the team of smaller devs via group funds
devex doesnt share the money |

Yeah, and group funds don't tend to go just to one person either, especially on a development team. |
