Maybe they cant do anything about what already has been copied. But they can stop it now, so it wont happen in the future. I agree with this 100% since im the one who also got rejected from dev-ex. My clothes is being copied everyday, which is think is so unfair since i have been working on the item, for longer than it takes to copy the clothes. ROBLOX FIX THIS ISSUE !!!!

I am a designer, and if you search my username in the catalog and go to "recently updated" all you see is the copied versions of my clothing. Some have gotten more sales than the original. A lot of fashion groups are starting to bot copy clothing, just to get the robux and popularity. It's so hard to actually get your clothing out there, knowing that hundreds of groups have bot copied your clothing thousands of times. You can no longer find the original versions to my clothing or really anyone's clothing unless you become a detective. It took me 2-3 years to get 6k+ sales, now i'm barley getting sales unless its from a group i'm in. I see ads every day about groups/robloxians claiming to have original clothing, and then you look, and it's all copied! It's hard to find some good new designers, unless you know someone who knows the designer themselves.
This is good on Roblox's end, because they're earning more money, but not for the actual original clothing designers. I don't know if Roblox will ever come to terms with this problem, since botting is still very active, but maybe someday we'll get relief. Until then, keep designing original clothing, keep trying to design for groups, keep running ads for your clothing, and keep being creative. Never buy anything on the catalog over 10 robux, because you're wasting your robux, always look for original designers.

If you did know yet, ROBLOX cannot enforce "copied clothing" because there is no feature of copyright added on here therefore ROBLOX can't do anything.
But if you think outside of the box like Cytronix is doing, you can try to go to the US Copyright Office to get approved of your trademark and then ROBLOX is forced to enforce "copied clothing" as required by law.

It's their own website, they can put a stop to anything or start anything they want.

You can copyright virtually any image.
I'm afraid ROBLOX can't add copyright features because they will have to go through each and every copied clothing which is in the millions.

Support. I HATE copied clothing. Even though back then,I did not know what it was,but I was in one of those copiers group (I didn't know they copied clothing yet) and I randomly changed the name of clothing people made. Later,I knew what copied clothing was. And now,I do not support stolen clothing. |

@Lyph I think that if you just reupload something someone already uploaded, just cut the spam and delete it. Sounds fair, right?
@Luna You're not the only one. Some people start off designing with copying. We've been there. I used to copy! But now I realize how wrongful it is.

I support, I'm pretty poor and I don't like having to wait for days for my bc to give me enough robux to pay for the overpriced, copied shirts.
Now, copying clothes (especially ones with ODer demand) is a quick way to get a few thousand robux

i agree, i see so many copies of 1 design and i want to find the real creator of it then creators of desgins wont get anything for what they made and the effort put into it |
