Ok sure, let me see you script a game for someone without getting paid, Judging from your comment, you probably don't know how stressful it is.
No one want to use their time for someone they don't know, for so little reward.
I was also trying to point out, that you are better finding other request than accepting this.

Unless you are a builder (Assuming he doesnt want high quality build) Then sure, it CAN be fun, but it can also be stressful depend on lots of factors.
Most high quality builder will just drop mid-way, Lets just say If you were told to make a high detailed lobby for that amount of payment, it can be fun making it, but people most likely to give it to someone who pays higher.
