This set of rules are in order, but it doesn’t mean you can break one of them just because it's not important as the other ones.

*Give respect to all the members of the community like how you want to be respected
Remember to follow this important rule AT. ALL. TIMES. Not only when an HR comes on the server/online, but always. Don’t act like you weren’t rude if you did something you know was not nice or polite. If the offense is repeated you may be demoted, and if you're a customer/guest, you will be kicked or banned depending on your offense level. Even if it's a hater everyone deserves respect. If you have a problem with a staff member please contact Bliss or Abolish.

*Be Appropriate
This is self-explanatory and should go without saying, but by this we mean do not:
troll, swear, spam, hate, threaten, discriminate, and any other inappropriate behavior. Don’t question others political views, religions, race, orientation, gender identity, past tragic events, and etc… Don’t make others feel like there not safe,and try not to make them uncomfortable. If they feel unsafe and uncomfortable you should stop right away and apologize. Make sure that person is okay and is "fine" with what you did/said. You should report all hateful, and inappropriate content to ROBLOX and the Green Mountain Cafe HRs.

*Use good grammar and spelling at all times.
We try to be professional and we will not tolerate horrible/bad grammar. Failing to use proper grammar will result in demotion
It doesn’t have to be perfect, but be sure to put in the major keys to a sentence/paragraph
An example of BAD grammar(Do NOT follow this!): hi! welcome to gren muntain cofe, can i get u somthing?
An example of GOOD grammar(FOLLOW this!): Hello, Welcome to Green Mountain Coffee! My name is _____, and I will be your provider today.

*Do not complain about your demotion in a nuisance matter.
This will cause further demotion. If you do not complain, you have a higher chance to get that rank back(Would have to take some time and effort to regain it depending on your skill.) If you do complain, don’t expect your rank to be back to your original one just because you kept on complaining. If you complained, it doesn’t mean your gonna get what you want, and the chance of us listening to you are really low. You have the right to complain that your demotion was unjust/unfair, but if you don’t you have a higher chance to get your original rank back. If you have been suspended/banned please make an appeal to one of our founders (Bliss and Abolish)

*Do not cause drama
Drama is one of the main reasons for demotion and other consequences and problems. If you start spreading drama amongst others; For example, spreading rumors, bullying, harassment, and etc.. You will get a demotion based on the situation. Talk to a person you trust if your dealing with issues and our community is happy to help you. Don’t hesitate to ask one of our staff members for help if you need help. Especially if you know someone who is stressed/depressed or who has anxiety. Make sure it is private so no one else can know about your private problems. Make sure to have proof and as much as possible so we can deal with your situation better. We want all of our customers,LRs, and HRs to have to best experience here :).

*Do not hint, or ask for promotions!
If you want a promotion you're gonna have to fill out our Interview questions, and if you keep on asking for a promotion, you will not be promoted, and will be put on the "Don't Interview List" We do notice hard workers, and you do get promoted for working hard!

*Do not Brag or Boast
Yes, you are not allowed to brag or boast in the comments/wall,and server because it might upset someone who is trying to get promoted. Don’t act like you have all the power and no your not more superior than them. It doesn’t mean your more ‘’smart’’ then them it only means your more advanced than them. Congratulations on getting your promotion,but it doesn’t mean you have to rub it in people’s face. Yes,you're allowed to tell your friends you got promoted,but don’t make it a big deal. This might cost you a demotion if you put yourself above others,and make them feel bad about their rank.

*Do not try to find a loophole in our rules
This is such a no-no,and a lot of our High-Ranks would rather find it annoying. If you were caught doing something wrong just admit it to cause less trouble for yourself. Just admit to your mistake and accept the punishment before you make the situation worst. Do not try to out-smart us because a lot of our HRs would already remember the rules. It would only make us think that you're talking back and trying to disrespect us. You will not get away with it because we do check our chatlogs, and you will get caught resulting in a more severe punishment if needed.

*No favoritism
Not only is favoriting others wrong, but it is also completely unfair to others who work hard for their next promotion to another rank. Don’t let your biased opinions and re#############ith others persuade your actions and etc.. If nepotism is caught, it will result in a warning of 3. If repeated a demotion will be taken into effect.
