I see what you mean, but I mean it by an EXAGGERATED victim. As in, they FREAK OUT about getting "attacked" or "harrased". You can be a real victim, but you shouldn't be an exaggerated one.
It's normal in the internet, so people really shouldn't call it "cyberbullying", there's many ways to end it.
(X, block, mute, ignore).
So yeah, everyone's a victim of something, but it's not okay to ack like you just got stabbed.

First off, you don't need robux to avoid being cyber-bullied. My friend and I used to make ourselves a little rich without any robux.
Second of all, you could convert tix to robux. That's why ROBLOX removed them on March 2016.
I think they should re-add tix but give them a different role in currency.

If someone says something genuinely rude to you, you have every right to feel sad and complain about it, obviously there are ways to stop harassment but it doesn't always work, if you truly understood how the Internet worked then you would know that.
Kids don't understand how the Internet works, of course they're going to react like this, they're upset and confused, give them a break. Eventually they'll grow up, but for now you can just ignore them; your own advice.

I don't support the bullying, since Roblox doesn't seem likely to give out any form of free currency any time soon (considering all the "Bring back Tix" posts) We will have to rely on reporting them and spreading awareness to do so. I dislike the "You're not ready for the internet" comments because there are younger audiences who play Roblox that we can't just kick off and let trolls and other jerks acting like they're supreme. Roblox is wanting to create a welcoming atmosphere and if the golden rule is "If you believe cyberbullying is real then you shouldn't be on the internet." Idk about you but that doesn't seem welcoming. |
