So, if some friend is annoying you or your recording a video or something, offline mode would be for you! Offline mode would make it say that you are offline,and you dont hear message sounds. Could be pretty usefull if you think about it. i will maybe add more if im in the mood right now.

ROBLOX is a website and game. The client and every internet site needs Wi-Fi. So that will be confusing when there is no Wi-Fi.

Oh yeah what i forgot to mention, its just a mode where you can pick to do it, but you will have full access to the website.
