My ROBLOX app keeps crashing.

I play roblox on my phone(iPhone). For the last week I have been experiencing some problems. My roblox app keeps crashing when I start playing and it is so annoying. I don't know why . I searched it up and checked all the things that were written on the forum. I rebooted my phone , made sure it was the latest iOS update and I Ben completely reset every content on my phone and reinstalled roblox but the problem keeps occurring. I've noticed that this occurs mainly when I play the game jailbreak. I'm not sure about other apps coz that is what I play the most. I also noticed that when I play jailbreak my phone gets heated really quickly and my battery gets drained really quickly could this be the issue? Could u plz help me? Thanks

Were you able to play ROBLOX before? If not then your device most likely isn't compatible. If yes then try deinstalling some of other applications on your device, reinstalling ROBLOX and deleting all the app data in you device settings.

Yes I was able to play roblox before and I have been for like 2 or 3 months . This only started happening for the last 2 weeks. I deleted a lot of my other apps. And I reinstalled roblox . How do u check app data on iOS

ROBLOX is better on computers and tablets. Do you have an tablet (iPad) or computer that you could probably play on?
