There was also a clean up like every 5 minutes.

The clean up in the past cleaned up hats and any unused tools.

^ true, but there were exploits that allowed players to drop like 50 hats at once. It was cool for a while, then exploiters ruined it. Sowwy.

nope, that feature was removed in january (http://devforum.roblox.com/t/removing-accessory-dropping-key-shortcut/31214)
you can still use a script to "re-implement" it but only in your games

Bring back dropping hats off by = but the hats dissapear right when you drop them

Hat clean ups were also optional for games too btw so not every game had them sadly. |
