Proposal: Remove RCPDFRCOP25 from his position at Blox Channel.
Reasoning: RCPDFRCOP25 has shot multiple people at Blox Channel events in the past though I turned a blind eye to his activities and never said anything to him. Today, he shot me and other employees after we refused to follow his demands for us to line up on a red line, similar to that of military formations. RCPDFRCOP25 has shown no maturity or any effort to make what he did right, and the only way to fix the problem, unfortunately, is to remove him of his power. He is treating Blox Channel like a war group.
We cannot have someone that threatens and intimidates our own employees at our company, and we can NEVER have an employee himself harass his fellow workers. Letting RCPDFRCOP25 continue working here would be a mistake and could directly impact the direction of the company. This is not a difficult decision, it requires no sifting of the facts, as it is plain and simple.
This vote has majority rules, as always. YourCaesarSalad will be delivered the vote as soon as either all members vote OR as soon as at least half have said either yes/no.

Honestly, Blox is a Clothing company,Only Security should have rights to guns, he mostly abuses his rank nor power if he has a gun, and the fact that you said he's treating it like a War group is, a bit eh. But, I kinda agree with this.

I think he should stay. I really haven't had any problems with him, and I don't think that he should be removed because of that.

This is obviously unacceptable, this employee should and must be terminated from his position in the company immediately. I say remove him. |

I say to keep him because he has all rights to shoot anyone. And, you are adding Blox Channel ######### into this. Your complaint is that he #### ################ and your friends IN SECURITY GAME. Not everyone can get what they want. He is a lower rank than the other staff. He has no right to demand staff to do what he states. As in my opinion his immaturity is beyond too far. My choice is that you should fire him. There are plenty of better people to pick from.
