As a visitor, we understand you may have lots of questions for us. So here are some common questions that our staff usually receive on the daily.
"How do I work here?"
You first have to join our group. You then must attend and pass an interview session. From there you must attend a training session to be permitted to work here.
"I joined the group can you accept me?"
The only person that can accept you is the Executive Founder of the group. When he is online he will accept your request. So have patience during this waiting period.
"How can I get into VIP areas?"
Once you bought the VIP Pass, you can enter the VIP areas around the hotel.
"When are trainings?"
Regular trainings for hotel staff are during the hours of:
10:00 AM PST | 11:00 AM MST | 12:00 AM CST | 1:00 PM Eastern Time | 6:00 PM BST
6:00 PM PST | 7:00 PM MST | 8:00 PM CST | 9:00 PM Eastern Time | 2:00 AM BST
Task Force trainings will be announced in the shout on our group page . Please look on the group wall or shout for the location of the training session. They tend to change so be on the lookout.
"When and where are interview sessions?"
Interview sessions for will be held at the Human Resources Recruitment Center (https://www.roblox.com/games/864834574/Human-Resources-Recruitment-Center) during the hours of:
8:####M PST | #:####M MST | 10:00 PM CST | 11:00 AM Eastern Time | 4:00 PM BST
1:00 PM PST | 2:00 PM MST | 3:00 PM CST | 4:00 PM Eastern Time | 9:00 PM BST
4:00 PM PST | 5:00 PM MST | 6:00 PM CST | 7:00 PM Eastern Time | 12:00 AM BST
"I couldn't make interviews what now?"
We are sorry if you could not make it. Come to another session or send in an application via message to BTheIV (https://www.roblox.com/users/98614037/profile) or an HR.
"Can you train me to the next rank?"
NO! Do not ask to be "personally" trained. Go to one of our training sessions. We want hard workers not beggars. If you are a staff here, you will be demoted for asking this.
"Can I get an admin?"
Absolutely not. Unless you are an HR
"How do I get promoted?"
Work hard. Someone will notice your hard work and promote you.
"Can you please promote me?"
If you ask this and you are staff here you will be demoted. As I said before, we want hard workers not beggars!
"Can I drive the boats?"
If you join the Task Force you may have the privilege to do so. If not, you are NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE BOATS.
"Can we work as a guest?"
You can not work here until you have joined the group, passed an interview ,and attended a training.
"There is a "troll", visitor, or staff harassing me, what do I do?"
You should first find a security guard or Task Force member. If there are not, find an HR. If there is not an HR present in the server, please message a HR. Please give names, offences, and evidence. We will take it from there.
"There is an exploiter in the server! What do I do?"
First, see if there is a HR in the server. If not, please post it on our group wall. Please leave names and evidence to make our job easier.
"Can I join the hotel's Task Force?"
