Hosting a training is not that easy, especially if it is your first times hosting. This forum is solely designed to answer your questions of hosting a Training Session.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
[Training Times]
Trainings are hosted in three sessions. Please assign yourself to a Session in the group's Trello. If you are not apart of the Trello and you are a Supervisor, please message a Board of Directors+ your username to add you. If you are hosting, you must be at least 10 minutes prior to your Session.
1st Session: 9:00 AM PST | 10:00 AM MST | 11:00 AM CST | 12:00 PM ET | 5:00 PM BST
2nd Session: 1:00 PM PST | 2:00 PM MST | 3:00 PM CST | 4:00 PM ET | 9:00 PM BST
3rd Session: 3:00 PM PST | 4:00 PM MST | 5:00 PM CST | 6:00 PM ET | 11:00 AM BST

[Shouting]
Shouting on the Group's main page is mandatory. Customers need to know when an training session is being hosted if they didn't look at the Session Center's description. There is, of course, a format to do so.
Training Shout Format - [Trainings] | Come down to the Session Center to sharpen your skills! | Trainee's - Junior Barista's only.
If there was an announcement of some sort, please copy and paste the announcement AFTER the Training Shout.
You may use your admin to kick Customers and Senior Barista's, as they aren't allowed to attend Training Sessions.
After waiting 5 minutes or so after your Training Session's original time, and if you don't have PA then ask a HR to use the following commands to lock (or unlock if necessary) your server:
:slock on
:slock off
Once the server is slocked, then please shout it on the Group's Main Page with the following format.
Training Slock Format - [Trainings are slocked!] | Sorry if you couldn't make it! | Head down to the cafe for a fresh coffee to cheer yourself up.

[Gathering Trainers]
Once everyone is here, it is time to gather your trainers. You may choose who you want to have as your trainers.
Once you have about 3 or 4 trainers, name your trainers 1-4 (depending on how many trainers you have). This is so once you name the customers, everyone is split up into groups.
Have and your trainers introduce themselves, without using admin.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
[Rules and Numbering]
After the trainers are introduced, then the host must say the rules.
Rule #1: Grammar is required at all times. If you fail to do so, you will be warned and we will consider a demotion.
Rule #2: Respect your trainers, they took the time out of their day to train YOU!
Rule #3: Be open minded to all of the tips that your trainer may give to you. Do not argue with your trainer about what you've done wrong.
Those are all of the rules, and moving on to numbering.
To separate the customers into groups of the number of trainers you have, then you must number them.
Start out with 1, name the first person 1. You can use your admin for naming (or UN-naming if necessary) such as:
:name [user]
:unname [user]
Then keep going down the line naming people 1,2, etc.

[Training]
Once everyone is numbered and split into pairs, you may use :m to say something like, "Trainings have begun! Go ahead and find your trainer!"
In training, there are a three stages. Orders, trolling, and true or false.
ORDERS - This stage is simple, pretend like you are a customer, and order from them. They must get the drink in under 30 seconds.
TROLLING - This is a fun one, you get to act like a troller! Come up to the register and either spam, say things such as n00b, and other troller ideas that come to your mind you can do, as long as it's appropriate!
TRUE OR FALSE - This one is easy, you could say "T or F: A Latte is Espresso + Foam.", and quiz your group's knowledge of drinks, history of Urban Latte, and other fun things.
