Buy an item that isn't a game-pass, limited or dev-product and you get a 10-minute period in which you can request to refund the full amount of R$ you spent on said item.
If the item you just bought randomly goes limited before the refund period is over, then you loose the chance to refund it and should be encouraged to sell it to other ROBLOXians if you don't want to keep it.
If you buy an item from a group, the funds will be held til' the refund period is over; in which case they'll be rightfully given to said group.
The only flaws I see with this is that VIP shirts can potentially be abused, anybody using expensive shirts in trade-deals can get scammed over or someone could troll somebody by buying their expensive item, but then immediately refunding it.
Since VIP shirts are becoming a tad-bit defunct, and it isn't exactly the brightest idea to use shirts instead of trading off R$ in the actual Trade tab; there aren't any horrible site-breaking/market breaking problems I can see with this immediately.
Please let me know if you see any major problems with this being a thing, constructive criticism is greatly appreciated.

Support. On the topic of VIP Shirts, I haven't seen them around as much as most builders have resorted to gamepasses as a means for VIP. Therefore, I fail to see an issue with this |

It's only a suggestion, and if it does get implemented, a quick ToS change would be put in place explaining that refunds would apply in certain scenarios and that would be that, basically.

They could change that to something like "All sales are final after a 10 minute period (applies to select items)"

For sure that they can change the ToS whenever they want. They removed the part where they says online dating is forbidden. Probably to promote their high school ODer HQ thingy "game".

That's pretty surprising, they ripped a part out of the Terms of Service just to give a single dev leeway for their obnoxiously-popular-yet-mediocre game...
I guess sponsors are more important than rules that have been there for most of the sites lifespan LOL
(also wow the censor system really hates your name for some reason)
